  <title>scale tomorrow!!! :)</title>

  <description>good day.. met my new therapist :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt; today:&lt;br /&gt;11 am- 2 pills, veinte sf ff cinnamon dolce latte (160 cals.)&lt;br /&gt;3 pm- 2 pills, diet coke with ice&lt;br /&gt;6 pm- less than 1/2 pomegranate (under 50 cals.), water&lt;br /&gt;8 pm- 2 pills, water &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i&apos;ve been doing okay with my eating.. but nothing with my exercising cause i have a cold and i am still trying to recoup!!</description>

  <description>still in a good mood- but my mom was being a bitch all day because she knows my eating is &quot;a mess&quot; as she says.. and dealing with two ana daughters is tough for her.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;11 am: 2 pills, a tiny bit of water&lt;br /&gt;3 pm: 2 pills, ff/sf cinn. dolce latte (160 calories)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7 pm: (just to shut mom up i ate dinner)&lt;br /&gt;2 pills, glass of iced water&lt;br /&gt;spring mix lettuce&lt;br /&gt;1/4 a pomegranate&lt;br /&gt;25 calorie balsamic spray dressing&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup fat free ricotta&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I meet my new therapist tomorrow, which I am surprisingly excited for (I just like talking to someone about my crazy ass life, but I never mention my ed to new therapists.. they annoy me when they talk about it!!)  Also, I am going to hit the gym for an hour or two tomorrow after therapy cause I need it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ohh, and caffeine free Hydroxycut is AMAZING. Like I have not been hungry since I started them.. it&apos;s GREAT!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;xo.</description>

  <description>hour 25 of my &quot;fast&quot; which i can hopefully pull off for at least 4 days (so saturday/sunday is ideal for me!)  right now, i am not &quot;fasting&quot;.. its more like restricting heavily and trying my hardest to exclude solid foods.  i need to get my body back into its &quot;mode&quot; for me to be able to successfully start fasting again.. so i am just trying to get started on my weight loss goal!! its pathetic, i know- but i just looked in the mirror and i am already seeing my face thinning out (i also think that a month of being sick with a cold helped me out too! haha)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;today:&lt;br /&gt;11 am- 2 pills, half diluted glass of gatorade&lt;br /&gt;2 pm- 2 pills, sf cinnamon dolce late with nf milk from starbucks (about 140 calories)&lt;br /&gt;7 pm- 2 pills, half diluted glass of orange juice&lt;br /&gt;10 pm- 2 handfuls of purple grapes ;(&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ahhhh i am buying a scale tomorrow- and i cannot WEIGHT* haha&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;xo.</description>
